1 General Terms & Conditions

• Any service charges imposed by the payment gateway are to be borne by the user.

4 Withdrawal Policy & Terms

Withdrawals at cv991 are fully transparent and processed quickly. However, certain conditions must be met; otherwise, a withdrawal may be delayed or declined.

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 300.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: BDT 1,00,000 (subject to account level).
